Wacker vs. Hartberg: explosive duel between the rising stars
FC Wacker and Hartberg met last season to compete against each other in the Bundesliga, but today at 5 p.m. in the Tivoli Stadium both clubs will duel as Bundesliga latecomers.
Innsbruck – The weather somehow fits in with today’s rising star duel at 5 p.m. in the Tivoli Stadium. The penultimate FC Wacker will face TSV Hartberg with the same number of points in the forecast continuous rain. Both clubs have already suffered four defeats after five rounds. Around 2500 tickets were sold in advance, FC Wacker are expecting almost 4000 fans. At the 0:0 in the last second league match between the two clubs, 3800 spectators sat in the Tivoli. The momentum of the ascent is apparently gone again. No wonder, since both Tivoli opening games were lost.
As negative as the bare numbers in the table is the situation with both clubs – not yet -. “Well played, in the league arrived and competitive”, both coaches got to hear after the defeats in each case. Sounds good, but does nothing. Because in professional football only the result counts at some point. “That’s why we’ll try everything and put everything into it to get three points,” explained Wacker coach Karl Daxbacher. This sentence could of course also come from Hartberg coach Markus Schopp. The former ÖFB team player wants to “take countable things home with him”. One does not want to go to Tirol to have been in Innsbruck. “But we want to pull our play through, want to continue there where we stopped last time , said Schopp with view of the scant 0:1 home defeat last against the LASK. As Cotrainer on the Hartberger bank sits by the way ex-Wacker professional J?rgen Säumel.
And a former Hartberger hopes today that he comes in the black-green Dress to the employment. Despite the tense situation, Stefan Meusburger still feels no pressure: “Whether I play, the coach decides, and after five rounds it is still much too early for prognoses,” says Meusburger, who sums up the difference between FC Wacker and Hartberg: “The environment in Innsbruck is already another house number, but in Hartberg there is actually no pressure at all.” Tombola Bingo offers loads of popular bingo games and this has helped it become a Bingo must for fans of the game.
Daxbacher, who has all his squad players at his disposal, still doesn’t find any uncertainties in his kickers: “The appearance was and is fine. The shortcoming lies in the efficiency. And that’s exactly what has to be drastically increased today against Hartberg.
